PTM at the SmartRoad Safety Symposium 2024

PTM Pilbara Traffic Management is committed to staying at the forefront of industry innovations, and our recent participation in the SmartRoad Safety Symposium 2024 was no exception.
In September 2024, Claire and Niamh represented PTM at this insightful event, which highlighted ground-breaking advancements in road safety technology.

One of the most exciting innovations showcased was the Automated Cone Truck (ACT), a revolutionary Australian-developed system that significantly reduces risks for traffic management teams.
The ACT allows a single driver operator to manage cones safely, eliminating the need for personnel in live traffic zones, drastically enhancing both safety and efficiency.

The symposium also highlighted several other cutting-edge technologies poised to transform road safety. We are thrilled to explore how these advancements can further improve our operations and continue to ensure the safety of our team and the public.
