Our work is typically based on 2:1 swings (two weeks on, one week off), but this can vary depending on the job and client requirements. Since the work is casual, we strive to maintain consistent swings, but it’s ultimately job-dependent. For local candidates, work patterns can often be tailored to meet individual preferences, depending on the project’s needs.

Yes, PTM offers both DIDO and city work options, depending on the job requirements and locations.
At PTM, there are clear pathways for career progression. Starting as a Traffic Controller, you can advance to roles such as Advanced Worksite Traffic Manager (AWTM) or Track Protection Officer (TPO), depending on your experience, qualifications and performance.
